The 2021 2022 Schedule Change Form is attached here. Please only use this form if there is an error on your schedule (you've been scheduled for the wrong level of a class, you have a hole in your schedule, you don't have a lunch, etc.). Elective schedule changes will take place during lunches beginning on Thursday, August 12th for seniors, Friday, August 13th for juniors, Monday, August 16th for sophomores, and Tuesday, August 17th for Freshmen. Completed forms can be emailed to your counselor or dropped off in the main office.
