Sign up on the "PERT Testing at Bloomingdale Sign Up Form," which can be found at bloomingdaleguidance.org under the "Request Forms" tab.
***In order to sign up, you MUST have ALREADY completed the HCC Dual Enrollment Application. It is quick and easy and will take you 10 minutes tops!

- Click on "APPLY" (light blue tab at the top)
- Click on "Apply Now" under Dual Enrollment
-Helpful: be sure to put your FULL social security number in, Brandon would be your preferred campus, pick whichever term is upcoming (spring or summer or Fall), and use YOUR BEST email address that YOU can most easily check.
