It is not too late to sign up for Strides for Education! Strides is a 5K Run/Walk on November 1st at the Waterworks park in Tampa. All proceeds raised return to Bloomingdale High School for scholarships for Bloomingdale students. Student can earn 20-25 community service hours for participating. Additionally, schools who have 100 participants that raise $25 each are eligible to earn an ADDITIONAL $5,000 in scholarship funds! This is a great way to support the school and earn community service hours. Please see Mrs. Usher if you would like to participate. You do NOT have to attend the event on the 1st to participate as a team member and earn hours.
