This scholarship is for ONLY 10th graders with a minimum GPA of 2.7 who also qualify for free or reduced lunch. This is a Florida Prepaid scholarship under the 2-Year Florida College Plan. The following documents will be requested from student finalists by the Foundation during the February/March 2015 review period: 1) Copy of your social security card 2) Proof of financial need - 2014 taxes. The parent that claims you as a dependent on their 2014 taxes must provide a copy of the 1st page of their 1040 tax form. If your parents do not file a 1040 tax form, then proof of disability or SSI will be accepted. If selected, you will also need to complete a consent and release form and 2 letters of recommendation.
