This scholarship is for 6th through 9th grade students with a minimum GPA of 2.5, who qualify for free or reduced school-lunch. There are many Florida Prepaid scholarships available including the 2-Year Florida College Plan, 4-Year Florida College Plan and the 4-Year Florida University Plan. The following documents will be requested from student finalists by the Foundation during the February/March 2015 review period: 1) Copy of your social security card 2) Proof of financial need - 2014 taxes. The parent that claims you as a dependent on their 2014 taxes must provide a copy of the 1st page of their 1040 tax form. If your parents do not file a 1040 tax form, then proof of disability or SSI will be accepted.
