It's that time of year again! Santa is on his way to Bloomingdale and you have the opportunity to earn community service hours by volunteering to be Santa's helper and collecting food for a local food bank!
The event this year is Saturday, Dec. 5, from 8:30-2:30ish, including set-up and tear-down. It will provide a max of 6 hours of community service. This is a fun event and a great way to get in the holiday spirit!
This year, the event is at the Bloomingdale Golfers Club at 4113 Great Golfers Way just off Natures Way.
I will need to know nlt Friday, Nov. 20, if you can commit. Official volunteers will be limited to those 13 + years old. Space is limited and filling fast, 5 slots remain.
