The Belle of the Ball Project provides free prom dresses to high school girls who are experiencing financial difficulties. Prom dresses can be picked up at the Belle of the Ball Boutique, located at 1210 Holt Ave, Clearwater, FL, 33755 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm on designated shopping days.
