The following scholarship opportunities are available for freshman students:

The awarding of academic, admissions scholarships is highly competitive and to be considered for any merit-based scholarship from the Office of Admissions, students must be admitted prior to November 1^st therefore we encourage students to apply by October 15^th to allow time for the application to be processed.

Once admission is offered, scholarship invitations will be sent via e-mail to eligible* students. Scholarship applications must be completed no later than November 15^th via fiu.academicworks.com. A completed scholarship application consists of two letters of recommendation and an essay.
