his scholarship is for 6th through 9th grade students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who qualify for free or reduced school-lunch. This is a Florida Prepaid 2-Year Florida College Plan Scholarship. Florida Prepaid scholarships must be used at one of 28 Florida Colleges. The following documents will be requested from student finalists by the Foundation during the February/March 2015 review period: 1) Copy of your social security card 2) Proof of financial need - 2014 taxes. The parent that claims you as a dependent on their 2014 taxes must provide a copy of the 1st page of their 1040 tax form. If your parents do not file a 1040 tax form, then proof of disability or SSI will be accepted.
