The student needs to have a 2.5 or higher GPA and must qulalify for free or reduced lunch. There are 19 Florida Prepaid 2-Year Florida College Plan Scholarships available. A Florida Prepaid scholarship must be used at one of 28 Florida Colleges. The following documents will be requested from student finalists by the Foundation during the February/March 2015 review period: 1) Copy of your social security card 2) Proof of financial need - 2014 taxes. The parent that claims you as a dependent on their 2014 taxes must provide a copy of the 1st page of their 1040 tax form. If your parents do not file a 1040 tax form, then proof of disability or SSI will be accepted.
